Treatment Overview
The Spencer’s Signature Foot Massage is our ultimate healing treatment for the feet. Following doctrines of Chinese Reflexology and Shiatsu points, your therapist will massage the 7000+ nerve endings in the feet to stimulate circulation, support the lymphatic and immune systems and boost energy production for the entire body. Your dedicated therapist will perform your reflexology treatment in the comfort of your private treatment room while laying on our heated massage tables. A plush feather pillow beneath your head and linen sheets give you the opportunity to truly relax. Depending on your treatment duration, your session will include elements of Aromatherapy, Hot & Cold Stone work, Heated Wraps, Deep Tissue Kneading and Stretching Techniques. Suitable for all body types, this treatment will ease stress and muscle tension and leave your feet feeling entirely brand new.
Cancellation Policy
SPENCER’S LIABILITY WAIVER WAIVER OF RIGHTS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK In consideration of participating in services by Spencer’s Spa—including massage, facials, cold plunge, sauna rooms, and other services (the "Services")—I, the undersigned ("Participant"), agree to the following: Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that the Services involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, heat or cold exposure, allergic reactions, and potential injury or property damage. I assume full responsibility for these risks. Release and Waiver of Liability: I release Spencer's Spa, its owners, officers, employees, and representatives ("Released Parties") from any liability for injuries, damages, or death during participation, even if caused by negligence. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses related to my participation, including those resulting from my own negligence. Physical Fitness Representation: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions preventing participation. I will inform Spencer’s Spa of any changes to my health that may affect my ability to safely participate. Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own risk. Governing Law and Severability: This waiver is governed by New York law. If any section is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect. Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements or representations. Age Requirement: I certify that I am at least 18 years old. If under 18, I confirm parental consent, and they will accompany me during Services. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. A 10-minute grace period may be granted, but if more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged in full. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations/rescheduling require 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations incur a 50% charge. Rescheduling is allowed once without fee; further changes incur a 50% fee. Arriving over 10 minutes late results in a ‘no show’ charge. No Refunds: All sales of treatments are final and non-refundable. By booking a treatment/service/otherwise with Spencer's, I acknowledge I have read and understand this waiver and release liability to the fullest extent of the law.
